The map pass_industry5 created by Hubris for the Team Fortress 2 4v4 PASS Time community. It was never finished, but Hubris decided to release the unfinished map anyway since he was done with the gamemode. It's spawned a inside joke of sorts where people will comment in Hubris's map thread "Please hubris i have to play the map before i die" or some variant of that.
